  1. About this policy

This policy explains what personal information Kosheto (trade name of Het Harshadrai Tanna, Rajkot, Gujarat) collects when you use this website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

  2. Information we collect

This website has no accounts, checkout or forms. We receive personal information only when you contact us directly, for example by phone or email, or when you visit the store. That can include:

    • Your name and contact details (phone number, email address)
    • The details of an enquiry or custom uniform order, such as quantities, sizes, logos and delivery needs
    • For GST invoices, your business name and GSTIN

  3. How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, make and deliver orders, issue invoices, keep records required by tax law, and handle any questions or complaints about an order.

  4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with people who help us fulfil your order, such as tailors, printers or delivery partners, and with authorities when the law requires it.

  5. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use cookies of its own and does not run advertising or analytics trackers. It loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to fetch them, and Google may receive your IP address as part of that request. Please see Google's own privacy policy for how it handles that data.

  6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting and tax record-keeping requirements in India. After that we delete or anonymise them.

  7. Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Write to us at the email address below.

  8. Security

We keep your information on devices and accounts we control and limit access to the people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  9. Children

This website is meant for adults. For school uniform orders, we expect a parent, guardian or school representative to place the order and share any student details.

  10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
