   This website describes our products and services and tells you how to reach us. It is not an online store, and you cannot place or pay for an order here. Orders are agreed with us directly, by phone, by email or at the store.

3. Products and information

   We try to keep the information on this website accurate, but stock, sizes, colours, designs and prices can change and may differ from what is shown or described. Please confirm availability and price with us before you rely on them.

4. Customised orders

   For sports, corporate and educational uniforms, we confirm the design, quantity, sizes, price and delivery time with you before work begins. Please check the artwork, logos, names and sizes you give us, because customised items are made to your specification.

   Terms for payment, changes, cancellation and returns on a customised order are agreed with you when the order is placed.

5. Prices and tax

   Prices are in Indian rupees. GST is charged as applicable, and a tax invoice is issued on request for business purchases. Please share your GSTIN when you place the order if you need it on the invoice.

6. Intellectual property

   The Kosheto name, logo, tagline and the content of this website belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Logos and artwork you supply for a customised order remain yours, and you confirm that you have the right to use them.

7. Acceptable use

   Please use this website lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send us unlawful, abusive or misleading material.

8. Links to other websites
